Nothing feels more comfortable, more natural, than 100% cotton clothing. The farming of cotton, however, is something less than natural, requiring the use of fertilizer, pesticides, soil sterilants, and defoliants. Convinced that there had to be a better way to grow cotton, Will Allen decided to try organic. When he showed outdoor clothing manufacturer Patagonia the difference, they too were convinced.
